What it Means to Us

Participants complete structured, applied training in community engagement, safeguarding, field monitoring, digital data collection, documentation, reporting and professional communication. Digital tools are integrated throughout so participants learn how to use technology in real field-based development work.

Access Training

We remove the practical barriers that often prevent economically disadvantaged young people from accessing professional opportunities. Participants receive the tools, connectivity, transport, and learning resources needed to fully participate in the programme.

Emerging Rural Practitioners

The programme supports young people, especially young women, to become capable community development practitioners. Participants build the technical and professional skills needed to support research, monitoring, community engagement and locally led development work.

Helping

Hands-on Experience

Learning is followed by a one-month supervised practicum with local community and development organisations. Participants move beyond the classroom to observe, assist and co-perform real field activities, gaining practical experience, supervisor feedback and evidence of their competencies.
