A one-month placement with a community or development organisation where participants observe, assist and perform real field tasks under supervision.

Access training
We remove the practical barriers that often keep economically disadvantaged young people from professional opportunities, providing tools, connectivity, transport and learning resources.
Emerging rural practitioners
The programme supports young people, especially young women, to become capable community development practitioners in research, monitoring and locally led work.
Hands-on experience
After training, a one-month supervised practicum gives participants real field experience, supervisor feedback and evidence of their competencies.
