Who We Are
Worth Alliance is a mission-driven nonprofit supporting women and youth experiencing multidimensional deprivation in building dignified pathways out of poverty through agricultural entrepreneurship, income-sharing capital, practical training, mentorship, market access, and cooperative development.
Our flagship livelihoods initiative, the Building Resilience in Kenya (BRiK) Project, focuses on empowering women and youth in Busia County through capital support, skills training, and market access.
